Statements: All minutes are seconds. All seconds are hours. No second is a day.
Conclusion: I. No day is an hour
II. Atleast some hours are minutes.

We can observe that some days can be hours. Hence conclusion I is not implied.
Also at least some hours are always minutes. This is because minutes is a sub set of hours.
