Solution

Rekha is between Shalini and Neetu. Pooja is to the immediate right of Neetu

=> Rekha is sitting to the immediate left of Neetu, and Shalini is sitting second to the left of Neetu.

Also, Shalini is to the immediate right of Neha.

Arrangement :

$$\therefore$$ Rekha is sitting in the middle.
