Raj is between Rohit and Vishal. Vishal is to the immediate right of Manoj.
=> Raj is to the immediate right of Vishal and Rohit is second to the right of Vishal.
Also, Manoj is to the immediate right of Shekhar.
=> Shekhar sits at extreme left end.
Thus, arrangement :
$$\therefore$$ Vishal is sitting in the middle.
