If the positions corresponding to the multiples of five in the following alphabet are replaced by symbols and that of multiples of seven by digits, how many letters will be left ?

There are 26 alphabets positioned 1 to 26

Numbers which are multiples of 5 (till 26) = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25

Similarly, there will be 3 multiples of 7

Thus, total letters replaced by symbols and digits = 5 + 3 = 8

=> Letters left = 26 - 8 = 18

=> Ans - (B)
