Total Printing and Binding cost = 20+20 = 40% of total cost
Other costs = 10+25+15+10 60% of total cost.
Therefore, Required percentage = $$\dfrac{60-40}{60}\times100 = \dfrac{20}{60}\times100 = \dfrac{100}{3}$$%
