The area of a rhombus is 24 sq. cm and one of its diagonals is 8 cm. Then the length of the other diagonal (in cm)is

Solution

Area of rhombus = $$\frac{1}{2}$$ * d1 * d2

Where; 

d1 = First diagonal and d2 = Second diagonal

Now, 

24 = $$\frac{1}{2}$$ * 8 * d2

d2 = 6 cm
