Given that Sachin is younger than Rahul by 4 years. if their ages are in the ratio of 7 : 9

Let's consider rahul's age as x, Then sachin's age would be x-4

Given that x-4:x=7:9

=> 9x-36=7x

=> x=18

Therefore, Sachin's age is 14years.
