From mid-point theorem of triangles,we can say that DE||CA and DE=1/2(CA)=6
Similarly EF||AB and EF=1/2(AB)=4
And FD||BC and FD=1/2(BC)=7.5
EF+FD+DE=6+4+7.5=17.5
