Find the LCM of the fractions $$\frac{3}{7}, \frac{4}{3}$$ and $$\frac{2}{9}$$.

Solution

LCM of the fractions = (LCM of the numerator/ HCF of the denominator)
LCM of 3, 4 and 2 = 3*4 = 12
HCF of 7, 3, 9 = 1
Therefore, LCM of the given fractions = 12/1 = 12.
