=> $$(\frac{16}{100} \times 450) \div (\frac{x}{100} \times 250) = 4.8$$
=> $$\frac{16 \times 450}{x \times 250} = 4.8$$
=> $$\frac{16 \times 9}{5x} = 4.8$$
=> $$x = \frac{16 \times}{4.8 \times 5} = 6$$
