Rs.73,689/- are divided between A and B in the ratio 4 :7.

Share of A = $$\ \frac{\ 4}{11}\times\ 73689$$ /- = 26796

Share of B = $$\ \frac{\ 7}{11}\times\ 73689$$ /- = 46893

Now, we have to find the difference between thrice the share of A and twice the share of B

= 3*26796 - 2*46893 =Rs. 13398
