Conclusions:
(I) Shopping behavior is different for males and females.
(II) If males go for window shopping, they don't utilize much time in selecting a product.

Solution

The given statements clearly indicate that women like window shopping and men don't as they consider it as sheer waste of time. It clearly means that shopping behavior is different for males and females. We cannot conclude that males don't utilize much time in selecting a product as it is not mentioned in the statements.

Thus, only conclusion I follows.
