Slant height (l) = $$\sqrt{24^{2} + 7^{2}} = \sqrt{576 + 49} = \sqrt{625} = 25$$
Curved surface area of the cone = $$\pi$$rl = ($$\frac{22}{7})(7)(25) = 550$$
