Total graduate population of state E = $$\frac{20}{100} \times 24$$ lakhs
=> Female graduates of state E = $$\frac{7}{16} \times \frac{20}{100} \times 24$$ lakhs
= $$\frac{7}{2} \times \frac{3}{5} = 2.1$$ lakhs
$$\therefore$$ Required % = $$\frac{1.62}{2.1} \times 100$$
= $$77.14 \% \approx 77 \%$$
