Solution

The required expression is $$\frac{4}{9} \times \frac{3}{8} \times \frac{2}{7} \times 294$$

This equals $$\frac{1}{3} \times \frac{1}{2} \times 2 \times 42 = 14$$

Hence, the correct answer is option (b)
