Solution

$$0^{0}\leq\phi\leq90^{0}$$

=> $$0\leq sin\phi\leq1$$

=> $$0\leq (\frac{3x-2}{4})\leq1$$

=> $$0\leq(3x-2)\leq4$$

=> $$2\leq3x\leq6$$

=> $$\frac{2}{3}\leq x\leq2$$

Thus, integral values of $$x$$ = 2 (1 and 2)
