30 men can do a piece of work in 16 days
=> $$M_1 = 30 , D_1 = 16$$ and $$D_2 = 20$$
Let $$M_2$$ men finish the same work in 20 days
=> $$30 \times 16 = M_2 \times 20$$
=> $$M_2 = \frac{480}{20} = 24$$
