The number of students appeared from zone V in 2008 and 2011 together is approximately what per cent less than that from zone II in 2007 and 2010 together?
Solution
Number of students appeared from zone V in 2008 and 2011 together =
1143 + 1203
= 2346
Number of students appeared from zone II in 2007 and 2010 together =
2899 + 3608
= 6507
% required = 6507-2346/6507
= 63.55%
