let the side of cube is = a

then wholesale total area = 6 $$r^{2}$$ 

given that wholesale total area = 384 sq. cms 

then 

6 $$a^{2}$$ = 384

  a = 8 

then we know that the volume of the cube = $$a^{3}$$ = 512 sq. cms  Aanswer
