Total time between 10 pm to 6 am = 8 hours
% time spent in dreaming and in Extremely light sleep = 10 + 25 = 35%
=> Time spent in dreaming and in extremely light sleep = $$\frac{35}{100} \times 8$$
= $$\frac{14}{5} = 2.8$$ hours
