Let X be the no.of tigers before 20yrs,
then there is increase of 20% & 25% over last two decades
$$\Rightarrow (\frac{100+20}{100})(\frac{100+25}{100})(X) = 90$$
$$\Rightarrow (\frac{120}{100})(\frac{125}{100})(X) = 90$$
$$\Rightarrow X = 60$$
So the answer is option C.
