If ‘1’ is subtracted from third digit in the each number and the position of the first and third digits are interchanged. Which of the following will be the first digit of the third highest number thus formed?

Solution

If ‘1’ is subtracted from third digit in the each number and the position of the first and third digits are interchanged, we get series as-
574 735 882 318 257
Third highest number = 574
First digit of 574 = 5

Option B is correct.
