IIT Delhi MBA Shortlisting Process

IIT Delhi MBA Personal Interview

Personal‍‌‍‍‌ Interview (PI) is the last step in the IIT Delhi MBA admission procedure. Those who pass the CAT-based screening are called for the PI round, in which the panel, on one hand, assesses the ability to communicate; on the other hand, evaluates the academic background; analyzes the work experience; discusses the career goals; considers the leadership quality; and also considers the overall personality of the candidate. Generally, questions are asked regarding the academic performance, current affairs, professional experience, and the reasons why one wants to do an MBA. Besides the PI, the CAT scores, academic record, and work experience are also factors leading to the final ‍‌‍‍‌decision.
