I am sure about the question number 11 but I don't know how the remaining three words are suitable according to the question 9, 10 & 12 as all the four words are adjectives so it becomes a bit difficult to choose among them.

An urge can also be described as a strong inclination. How "urge" is appropriate in this sentence as urge has no meaning related to inclination?
