We just need to realize that 9600 and 12800 is divisible by 32, so adding the remaining parts(-3 and 197) we get 194 which on being divided by 32 gives 2. The answer can also be reached by simply adding the remainders of the two numbers when divided by 32 which will be(29+5) = 34 which will ultimately give 2 when again divided by 2.
