$$(x,y)=(\frac{mx_{2}+nx_{1}}{m+n},\frac{my_{2}+ny_{1}}{m+n})$$

$$(x,y)=(\frac{4(7/2)+1(6)}{4+1},\frac{4(6)+1(1)}{4+1})$$

$$(x,y)=(4,5)$$

So the answer is option B.
