ST is parallel to QR and PS : SQ = 4 : 3
=> $$\frac{PS}{PQ} = \frac{ST}{QR}$$
=> $$\frac{4}{4 + 3} = \frac{ST}{4.9}$$
=> $$\frac{4}{7} = \frac{ST}{4.9}$$
=> $$BC = 4 \times 0.7 = 2.8$$ cm
