II. $$b^{2}+3b+2=0$$

Solution

$$a^{2}+5a+6=0$$ => (a+2) (a+3) = 0

So, a = -2 or -3

$$b^{2}+3b+2=0$$ => (b+1)(b+2) = 0

So, b = -1 or -2.

So, option (e) is the correct answer.
