take of difference 12-3 = 9, 36-12= 24, 80-36= 44 ,......
Again take difference of difference 24-9 = 15 , 44-24 = 20 next 25 and so on
then 44 + 25 = 69
therefore ? = 80+ 69 = 149 Ans
