3r = 84 cm
r = 28 cm
Difference between the lengths of the circumference and the radius of this circle =Â $$2\times\pi\times r-r$$
=Â $$2\times\frac{22}{7}\times28-28$$
=Â $$2\times22\times4-28$$
= 176-28
