Let the original speed be 'V' and time taken be 't' hours
Therefore 250/V =t
Now speed=0.8V
Therefore 250/0.8V =t+5/4
250/V =0.8(t+5/4)
t=0.8t+1
0.2t=1
t=5 hours
Original speed V=250/5
=50 km/hr
