At time $$t$$: $$v = \text{constant}$$

$$x = vt$$

Effective length of the bar between the rails: $$l = 2x \tan\theta$$

Motional EMF: $$E = Blv$$

$$E = B(2vt \tan\theta)v$$

$$E = 2Bv^2t \tan\theta$$
