All the letters are replaced by the letter that is 4 places ahead and then, the positions are reversed.

For ASTV the code will be,
A + 4 = E, S + 4 = W, T + 4 = X, V + 4 = Z. Now, the order is reversed. The final code will be ZXWE.
Hence, option D is the correct answer.
