tan(90-θ)=cotθ

=cot(140-4θ)

tan (4θ - 50°) = cot(140° - 4θ)
cot(50° - θ) = cot(140° - 4θ)
50° - θ = 140° - 4θ
3θ = 90°
θ = 30°
Option D is the correct answer.
