Curved surface area of the cylinder = $$2\pi r h$$
$$= 2\times\dfrac{22}{7}\times20\times7 = 880 m^2$$
For 1 sq.m, Rs.20 will be charged.
Then, for 880 sq.m, Rs.20*880 = Rs.17600 will be charged.
