The first part is $$\left(\frac{1207}{30} - \frac{461}{12}\right) \div \frac{109}{10} = \frac{109}{60} \times \frac{10}{109} = \frac{1}{6}$$. The second part is $$\frac{77}{120} \times \frac{20}{11} = \frac{7}{6}$$, so the bracket equals $$\frac{1}{6} + \frac{7}{6} = \frac{4}{3}$$. Since $$\frac{4.2}{0.008} = 525$$, the value is $$\frac{4}{3} \times 525 = 700$$.
