Question 130

$${\frac{(0.1)^2 - (0.01)^2}{0.0001} + 1}$$ is equal to

Solution

we can solve it by applying $$(a^{2}-b^{2})$$=(a-b) (a+b) to  $$(0.1^{2}-0.01^{2})$$=(.1+.01)(.1-.01)
hence given equation can be reduced to $$\frac{(.1+.01)(.1 -.01)}{10^{-4}}$$+1
i.e. equals to 100
