Find x if $$\frac{x}{\sqrt{128}} = \frac{\sqrt{162}}{x}$$.

On cross-multiplying, we get the equation: $$x^2$$ = $$2^{\frac{7}{2}}$$*$$2^{\frac{1}{2}}$$*$$3^{\frac{4}{2}}$$ 

On solving the same, $$x^2$$ = $$2^4$$*$$3^2$$

This gives the value of x as $$4\times3$$ which is 12.
