$$=11+111+1111\ .$$

$$=1233\ .$$

And,

$$\sqrt{0.64}+\sqrt{64}+\sqrt{36}+\sqrt{0.36}$$

$$=0.8+8+6+0.6$$

$$=15.4\ .$$

II is also correct .

D is correct choice.
