You definitely have a chance, but the 59.8% in graduation will be the biggest challenge, especially for IIM A and B, where past academics carry significant weight. That said, your MBBS background gives you strong academic diversity.

For IIM ABC, aim for 99.7+ percentile with strong sectional scores. The higher you can push your CAT score, the better you can compensate for the lower graduation marks. IIM Calcutta may be relatively more favourable than A or B, depending on the admission criteria.

So yes, ABC is still worth aiming for. Just treat 99.7+ as the kind of score you should be targeting.
