Solution

We know that, weigh/unit volume * volume = weight
$$(289*r^3) / (64*R^3)= 8/17$$
=> $$r^3 / R^3 = (64*8)/(289*17)$$
$$ r/R = 8/17$$
Option A is the right answer.
