$$(\frac{4}{3})^{-7}$$ = $$(\frac{3}{4})^3$$

$$(\frac{3}{4})^{3}$$ x $$(\frac{3}{4})^3$$ = $$(\frac{3}{4})^{10}$$

It is given that

$$(\frac{3}{4})^{10}$$ = $$(\frac{3}{4})^{2x}$$

2x = 10

x = 5
