97 is prime number,so we can apply wilsons theorem here. 93!=(97-4)!, so According to Wilson's theorem,
(P-4)!/p=k where P is of 6k+1 form,
(P-4)!/p=p-k where p is of form 6k-1

Here 97=6(16)+1
So the remainder is 16.
