x+y=9
10x+y-10y-x=27
x-y=3
x=6.
y=3.

Let the number be 10x+y as it is a 2 digit no.So as per question Equation 1 is x+y=9 and as per 2nd case {10x+y}-27=10y+x solving this you will get x-y=3 which is equation 2 now solving equation 1 and 2 you will get x=6 and y as 3.so the required no. is 10x+y=10*6+3=63
