Please suggest me a time management skills to crack the cutoff..??

In order to improve the time management skills you need to take as many mocks as possible. Try and learn from each mock test and see which is the area where you are wasting time. Try to avoid questions from that area in round 1 and solve them only towards the end of the exam. Try different strategy in each mock and see which one suits your cause.
