Start from the basics of every topic in CAT syllabus. Once this is done, take a quant sectional mock test and then analyze the mistakes that you have made. You will know your weaker sections. So, you can concentrate on these topics.Practising a lot will help you to improve your speed, which is very important to crack CAT.While analyzing your performance in a mock test, go through the solutions of each of your mistakes and make sure you don't commit them again. Also, go through the solutions of even the questions that you did correctly because you might find the given solution better than the approach you followed.
These steps will ensure that you will do well in CAT.
