Basically the quadrant of a circle with radius (root 35) and centre at origin will encompass a square of side 25. So it encompasses 25 integral points at least. Now the remaining area of the quadrant is 2.4889 which will have 2 integral points. So each quadrant encompasses 27 integral points excluding the origin. Overall, 27*4 +1 gives 109 integral points.
