Can anyone please help, as to which course to apply for in XAT 2016 form. I have just completed my graduation in 2015 and have started a job now.The options are: 1) Business Management 2) Human Resource Management 3) General Management Programme 4) Global Business Management Can anyone please explain the differences between this program. Hi Rupanshi, XLRI is best known for its HRM course. If you are interested in HR, that would be a good course to apply for. Apart from that, they have a very good course in Business Management as well. Global Business Management is a very new course and we do not have much info about how it is faring as of now. So, ideally, if you are interested in HR, your priority list should be 1. HRM 2. BM 3. GMP 4. GBM. If you are not keen on HR, then you could change the order to 1. BM 2. HRM 3. GMP 4. GBM.
