A solution containing 1 mole of NaCl and 1.5 mole of $$\text{H}_2\text{SO}_4$$ will be neutralized by
NaCl is a neutral salt and does not react. 1.5 mol of dibasic $$\text{H}_2\text{SO}_4$$ gives 3 mol of $$\text{H}^+$$, which needs 3 mol of $$\text{OH}^-$$. This is provided by 3 mol of NaOH or by 1.5 mol of $$\text{Ba(OH)}_2$$, so options b and c are both correct.
