H.C.F. of the two numbers is 12, let the numbers be $$12x$$ and $$12y$$, where $$x$$ and $$y$$ are co-prime

Product = $$(12x)\times(12y)=2160$$

= $$xy=\frac{2160}{144}$$

=> $$xy=15$$

Now, factors of 15 = 1, 3, 5, 15

Thus, possible values of $$(x,y)=(1,15),(3,5)$$

$$\therefore$$ 2 such pairs are possible.
